Operation Theatre Technician

Location: Nala, Jamtara, Jharkhand

Experience: 2–3 years

We are looking for a skilled and reliable OT Technician to manage and assist in operation theater activities at our healthcare facility in Nala, Jamtara. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of the OT, maintaining equipment, and supporting surgical teams during procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment before and after surgeries
• Assist surgeons and nurses during operative procedures
• Maintain OT cleanliness and infection control protocols
• Manage and maintain OT equipment and supplies inventory
• Ensure proper functioning of OT machines and report faults
• Support patient positioning and transportation to/from OT
• Follow safety and hygiene standards strictly

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma or Certificate in Operation Theatre Technology (DOTT) or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of surgical instruments, sterilization, and OT procedures
• Ability to work under pressure and in emergencies
• Good communication and team collaboration skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
