operation trainer call center ( travel account )

We are looking for passionate and skilled Operation Trainers to join a reputable travel agency. The ideal candidate will have a solid operational background in the travel industry, strong English communication skills (C1 level is a must), and hands-on experience working with Amadeus and other GDS systems.

Requirements

✅ English Proficiency: C1 Level (Mandatory – written and spoken)

✅ Systems Experience: Hands-on experience with Amadeus and GDS systems

✅ Industry Background: Experience as a Travel Agent or in Travel Operations is required

✅ Training Exposure: Candidates who have worked as trainers (permanent, on-loan, or task-based) are encouraged to apply

Co-trainers or operational staff with 3–6 months of training experience and the required system knowledge are also welcome
