Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Senior Event Specialist to manage Naseej’s participation in key industry and technology events across the MENA region. The role involves planning and executing events, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors, managing logistics and budgets, and ensuring timely lead capture through CRM systems. The ideal candidate will enhance brand visibility, support marketing objectives, and deliver high-quality event experiences that drive measurable business impact.

Responsibilities:

• Research technological and industry-related events in the MENA region to represent Naseej effectively
• Align with stakeholders on event requirements and coordinate planning and execution
• Negotiate with event organizers regarding participation levels, sponsorship packages, and exhibition spaces
• Coordinate the execution plan for the event across both online and offline activities
• Source and maintain lists of vendors, suppliers, printing houses, and hotels
• Manage event logistics, including print materials, hospitality, production, and other marketing collateral
• Coordinate and follow up on marketing-related invoices with the finance department within SLA
• Capture and input event leads into the CRM system within SLA
• Manage relationships with governmental entities for marketing initiatives, such as incentive programs with Saudi Export

Requirements:

• Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing
• Required Certifications: None
• Years of Experience: 3–5 years in event management; preferably hands-on experience in IT sector events; previous experience in marketing agencies is a plus, Previous Experience in participating in global technology Events (GITEX , Leap)
• Languages Required: English (Fluent in reading and writing), Arabic (Native)
• Computer Skills: Basic computer skills sufficient for email, document handling, and standard office applications
