Operational Excellence Specialist


Job Description:

To assist Director Operational Excellence in day-to-day Operational Excellence of General Insurance Department in Delivering key goals of operational excellence in optimizing insurance operations and efficiency in servicing customers, internal stakeholders, legal & compliance and regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities:


  • To assist the team and to support them in achieving the ART goals by maintaing the highest level of standards.
  • Ensure all TAT on SLAs across all departments are met at all times.
  • Identify system related issues and work towards enhancement of sytem with coordination with IT.
  • Coordinate and deal with various stakeholders for smooth operations activities – Finance, Claims, Legal & Compliance, Reinsurance, IT, Digital and.
  • Ensure IA Guidelines are implemented and followed at all times.
  • Drive the business forward together with Director at a strategic level
  • Drive projects by coordinating activities across departments, external parties and suppliers.
  • Create and maintain contracts relating to various ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures regarding various ongoing programs in the company related to general insurance.
  • Coordinate with other departments of the company for reporting and control purposes regarding ongoing projects.
  • Create and maintain progress reports on various initiatives.
  • Identify areas of improvement in cross-department cooperation and develop strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide guidance on how to implement new processes and systems.
  • Coordinate with other concenred divisions of the company for reporting and control purposes.


Qualifications:


  • 4 years of experience in insurance or related filed
