Operational Manager

Job Title: Operational Manager – Hospital Operations

Experience Required: 3–7 years (Hospital/Healthcare Industry)

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day hospital operations, including patient services, staff coordination, and facility management.
• Ensure smooth functioning of OPD, IPD, diagnostics, pharmacy, and support services.
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and service quality.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, paramedical teams, and administration.
• Handle vendor management, medical equipment maintenance, and inventory control.
• Prepare and maintain reports (MIS, patient flow, occupancy, billing, and compliance).
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, NABH/JCI standards, and safety protocols.
• Supervise on-ground activities, audits, and emergency support (bike required for field coordination).
• Train, guide, and evaluate staff to maintain service excellence.
• Support hospital management in strategic planning, budgeting, and process improvement.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in hospital/healthcare operations (mandatory).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must own a bike with valid license for operational visits.
• Familiarity with hospital software (HMS/ERP) preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,334.50 - ₹30,306.06 per month
