Operational Manager (Digital Lending)

Location: Pakistan Islamabad

Experience: 5+ years in financial regulation, legal, or compliance roles

Type: Full-time, mid-to-senior level

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and develop relationships with local regulators, including SECP and SBP, ensuring proper communication and licensing maintenance.

2. Interpret and implement financial regulations applicable to NBFI operations and consumer lending.

3. Design flexible, business-driven compliance frameworks aligned with local laws and commercial objectives.

4. Proactively identify potential regulatory risks and deliver solutions to ensure smooth business operations.

5. Monitor compliance updates and regulatory changes to ensure continued alignment and risk mitigation.

Requirements:

In-depth knowledge of Pakistan’s financial regulatory environment, especially in NBFI and lending.

Existing relationships with regulatory authorities is a strong advantage.

Problem-solving mindset with a business-oriented approach to compliance.

Legal or regulatory background preferred (LLB, LLM, or equivalent is a plus).

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
