Operational Manager – Europe Educational Consultancy (Senior Level)

As an Operational Manager (Senior – Europe Division), you will manage and supervise the consultancy’s Europe education department, oversee counselors, ensure smooth admission & visa processes, and help achieve company targets. This role requires strong leadership, in-depth knowledge of European universities and admission policies, and experience in managing consultancy teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Europe education consultancy division.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of student counselors & support staff.
• Ensure smooth handling of applications to European universities.
• Provide accurate information regarding admission, scholarships, and visa processes for Europe (Germany, Sweden, France, Finland, etc.).
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance and implement improvements.
• Maintain communication and partnerships with European universities.
• Handle escalated student/parent queries in a professional manner.
• Achieve monthly and annual targets set by management.
• Prepare operational reports and share updates with senior management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred – in Education, Business, or Management).
• 3–5 years of proven experience in an education consultancy (Europe-focused preferred).
• Strong knowledge of European universities, admissions, and visa filing processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication & problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
