As an Operational Manager (Senior), you will be responsible for managing the consultancy’s operations, supervising counselors, ensuring smooth workflow, and achieving company targets. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills along with deep knowledge of the UK higher education system. Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the consultancy.
• Manage and lead a team of education counselors and support staff.
• Ensure high-quality counseling services to students for UK universities.
• Monitor student applications, admissions, and visa filing processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly/annual targets.
• Maintain relationships with partner universities and stakeholders.
• Handle escalated student/parent queries and provide solutions.
• Prepare performance reports and share with management.
• Ensure compliance with UK education and visa policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred, preferably in Management/Education/Business).
• 3–5 years of experience in the education consultancy sector (UK-focused preferred).
• Strong understanding of UK universities, admissions, and visa processes.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
