Operational Specialist

We are currently hiring for the following position in Qatar.

Position: Operation Executive

Job Location: Doha, Qatar

Nationality Preference: Bengali-speaking candidates

Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day operations related to manpower supply and deployment.

Handle all documentation and formalities related to visa processing for various countries.

Liaise with clients to understand manpower requirements and provide timely updates.

Communicate effectively with workers/labour candidates, ensuring they are well-informed about job roles, documentation, and travel logistics.

Maintain close coordination with recruitment teams and third-party agencies.

Monitor deployment schedules and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

Assist in handling grievances and resolving operational issues proactively.

Maintain accurate records of candidates, visa applications, and mobilization progress.

Candidate Profile:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Experience: 3–5 years in manpower contracting / recruitment operations

Language Skills: Must be fluent in Bengali (spoken), with proficiency in English or Arabic being an added advantage

Other Requirements:

Strong coordination and organizational skills

Good understanding of visa and travel documentation processes

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills
