Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee day-to-day operational activities and ensure compliance with RBI regulations within our NBFC operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of NBFC processes, RBI guidelines, and operational workflows in the fintech or lending sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end operational activities related to NBFC functioning, including loan disbursal, repayment tracking, and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to RBI regulations , P2P lending norms , and internal compliance policies .
• Coordinate with the finance, credit, and tech teams for smooth execution of operational tasks.
• Maintain and update records as per statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor transaction processes, ensure data accuracy, and support audit requirements.
• Assist in preparing periodic operational and compliance reports for management and regulatory review.
• Support the development and implementation of SOPs for NBFC operations.
• Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in NBFC operations and RBI compliance .
• Strong understanding of NBFC regulatory frameworks, KYC/AML norms, and operational controls.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
