Operations Specialist – Pakistan (Sales Operations, Aftersales Tickets & Warehousing)
Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Specialist based in Pakistan to support sales operations, aftersales ticket coordination, and warehousing management. This role ensures smooth operational processes, timely customer support, and efficient logistics coordination to support overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end sales operations, including order processing, sales documentation, and system updates.

Handle aftersales service tickets by coordinating with technical teams, tracking ticket status, and ensuring timely resolution.

Oversee warehousing operations, including inbound/outbound activities, stock accuracy, and inventory reporting.

Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movement, and warehouse documentation.

Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and efficient material handling.

Support daily operational tasks such as reporting, data consolidation, and administrative coordination.

Work closely with sales, service, and supply chain teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

Assist in preparing monthly operational reports and performance dashboards.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in operations, warehousing, logistics, or customer service; experience in solar/inverter industry is a plus.

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent in English; Urdu proficiency is preferred.
