About The Role

Brighterway is a VC-backed startup (Y Combinator S24) building AI-powered medical record review tools for the workers’ compensation ecosystem. We process 10M+ pages of medical records per month and are scaling rapidly across national claims organizations.

We’re hiring an Operations Generalist who thrives in fast-moving environments. Someone who can take ambiguous operational challenges, design a solution, and implement it end-to-end in days — not weeks.

This role is a fit for someone who enjoys founder-style autonomy, speaking directly with customers and vendors, and building processes from a blank slate. You’ll work closely with the CEO on initiatives spanning client delivery, process optimization, vendor management, and cross-functional execution.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day quality control operations to ensure accurate, timely delivery of cases across multiple clients and teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and communications, including finance, payroll, and tax partners.
• Support go-to-market execution, including conference strategy, booth coordination, and sales collateral preparation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to test and roll out new operational tools and workflows.
• Gather feedback from clients, QC teams, and partners to identify improvement opportunities and inform product roadmap.
• Monitor KPIs to track throughput, quality, and delivery performance, and propose solutions when metrics are at risk.

• Ability to structure and execute end-to-end initiatives independently.
• Bias toward action; comfortable iterating fast and improving over time
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and context-switching.
• Comfort talking to clients, founders, vendors, and technical stakeholders.
