Operations, Administration and Executive Coordinator
Location: Riyadh - office presence 5 days per week
Monthly Base Salary: SAR 10,600 - SAR 12,800 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Collaborate closely with C Suite executives, anticipate their needs, and proactively address challenges.
- Calendar Management: Organize and maintain complex calendars, balancing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Internal Communications: Handle communications on behalf of executives, ensuring timely responses and maintaining professionalism.
- Meeting Preparation: Research topics, create agendas, collate materials, and support all employee meetings.
- External Liaison: Interact with partners, stakeholders, and support the purchasing team, represent the executive's office professionally.
- Large Scale Events: Support planning and execution of significant events (conferences, board meetings, networking sessions, team gatherings across the region).
- Travel Arrangements: Book travel, accommodation, and provide assistance with every step of executive travel.
- Business Invitation Letters: Assist with reviewing and issuing business invitation letters to Caterpillar employees visiting the Saudi office.
- Admin SharePoint: Manage the office admin SharePoint page, ensuring up to date information related to office and events is shared.
- Onboarding & Office Supplies: Facilitate admin induction, maintain IT & other supplies/inventory.

- Microsoft Office - basic use of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Office desktop applications.
