Job Summary:
The Operations Administrator is responsible for supporting daily office and operational activities. This includes handling documentation, coordinating with different departments, tracking inventories, and ensuring smooth workflow across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily operational and administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documents.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Monitor inventory and arrange for office or project supplies when needed.
  • Support in scheduling meetings, logistics, and communication.
  • Handle data entry and maintain proper filing systems.
  • Assist management in following up on pending operational activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administration or operations.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
