Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Manager and Operations team in tenant communication, coordination, and day-to-day operational administration.
  • Manage the full leasing cycle for storage units, including preparing offers, lease agreements, and payment follow-ups through Yardi.
  • Send renewal offers to tenants ahead of lease expiry and ensure audit findings are implemented as required.
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets for storage and operations, maintaining accurate OPEX and CAPEX utilization records.
  • Process POs, reconcile P&L statements, and liaise with Finance for payments, invoices, and refunds.
  • Manage tenant requests through the Tenant Portal and coordinate circulars, visual merchandising, and minor work approvals.
  • Oversee hoarding and redevelopment coordination, including LPO issuance and access notifications.
  • Maintain documentation such as CAR Insurance tracker, mall fact sheets, and monthly Asset Management reports.
  • Provide cross-functional administrative support for new tenant inductions and overall mall operations.
