What We're Looking For

Our Cowpens, South Carolina team is looking for an Operations Administrator who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys supporting both operations and customer service in a manufacturing environment.

The typical hours for the role are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

What You'll Do

Operations Support:
  • Create and receipt manufacturing batch tickets within the ERP system.
  • Print labels for product containers.
  • Verify inventory availability for orders received from Customer Service.
  • Prepare and appropriately distribute documents for customer deliveries, which may include Bill of Ladings, Safety Data Sheets, and Certificates of Analysis.
  • Manage incoming phone calls to provide support to internal customers.
  • Receipt incoming Purchase Orders into the ERP system.
  • Frequent collaboration with operations personnel to resolve discrepancies.
  • Work with leadership and quality to manage slow-moving inventory.

Customer Service Support:

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Maintain customer accounts by entering information within the ERP system.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and orders received via email.
  • Process orders within the ERP system.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments (quality, operations, and sales) to develop a service plan and resolve any service failures.
  • Assist sales professionals with various administrative functions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Candidates Should Possess

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and general computer applications.
  • Experience working with ERP systems is preferred.
  • Previous administrative, customer service, or manufacturing support experience is a plus.
