Operations and Events Technician

Lombardi Family Concepts is seeking a reliable and hands-on Operations & Facilities Technician to support both our restaurant operations and catering events. This role is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, behind-the-scenes environment.
This position plays a critical role in maintaining our facilities, assisting with event setup and breakdown, and ensuring all logistics run smoothly to support exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Facilities & Maintenance
  • Perform general repairs and maintenance across restaurant locations
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely repairs
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and be responsible for Catering van
Event Setup & Logistics
  • Light event cooking and prep for banquet events
  • Assist with transportation, setup, and breakdown of catering events
  • Load, unload, and organize event equipment, furniture, and supplies
  • Ensure all event materials are properly handled and meet company standards
Operational Support
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, equipment, and workspaces
  • Assist with special projects, openings, and internal moves as needed
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or similar field
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items (50+ lbs) and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required for events
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset

Requirements:
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to safely operate company vehicles
