Job Summary:
WoodGuru is looking for an Operations & Growth Executive to work closely with the Founder in implementing business strategies and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role involves taking ownership of execution, managing processes, and supporting overall business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Implement the Founder’s ideas and strategies across departments.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure timely execution of key tasks.
• Develop and maintain systems and processes for smooth functioning.
• Prepare and review MIS, track sales, and monitor performance data.
• Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and project teams for efficient operations.
• Handle Hiring, team alignment, and documentation.
• Identify improvement areas and help implement growth initiatives.
• Problem Solving, Decision Making.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in operations, business management, or implementation roles.
• Strong with numbers, analytics, and MIS reporting.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Hands-on, execution-focused, and organized in approach.
