Operations and HR Coordinator

Overview

PENNEP is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & HR Coordinator on a contractual basis to work closely with our Client. The ideal candidate should be organized, a strong communicator, and able to handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with leadership to manage and oversee day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Draft, review, and manage emails, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Assign and track tasks for team members, ensuring timely completion and accountability.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Development teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Set up and coordinate virtual meetings, ensuring technical readiness.
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for candidates.
  • Support onboarding activities, including documentation and induction programs.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and important organizational files.
  • Draft HR communications and support policy documentation.
  • Provide support in HR compliance, reporting, and audit-related tasks.
  • Organise and maintain important reports, documents, and files efficiently.
  • Ensure confidentiality and maintain discretion when handling sensitive information.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 1 years of experience in Operations, HR, or Administrative roles (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools Micosoft Teams
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Contract Details:

  • Contact Lenght: 12 Months (Extend based on Performance and Requirement)
  • Shift Mode: Hybrid (2 pm to 11pm IST)
