Job Summary
Support day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficient workflow, accurate documentation, and timely coordination with different stakeholders. The role involves administrative support, data management, packing orders, logistics coordination, and process follow-up to maintain smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily operational activities, including order processing, packing orders, shipment coordination, and documentation.

Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and client orders.

Support procurement and supplier communication for timely material availability.

Prepare and verify invoices, delivery notes, and related operational documents.

Track and update internal databases, reports, and spreadsheets regularly.

Coordinate with logistics partners for inbound and outbound shipments.

Follow up with clients and vendors for pending approvals or clarifications.

Support the implementation of operational SOPs and process improvements.

Handle all type of admin tasks that are related to office and operations.

Assist the Operations Manager in preparing performance reports and data analysis.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or administrative roles.

Should have a UAE valid Driving License and own car.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.

Good communication skills. (Preferably Urdu/Hindi, English & Arabic)

Detail-oriented with strong time management ability.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills

Experience with ERP or WMS systems.

Knowledge of logistics documentation (POs, invoices, delivery notes, etc.)

Basic understanding of inventory control or consignment models.

Problem-solving attitude and teamwork skills.
