Operations Assistant / Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote)

About Us:
We’re a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping service-based businesses grow through SEO, Google Ads, social media, and reputation management. As our client base expands, we’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Assistant / Coordinator to support our Operations Director and Account Management team.

Role Overview:

The Operations Assistant will work directly with the Operations Director to ensure client accounts are running smoothly across all marketing channels. You’ll help keep the team accountable, check into accounts regularly, ensure deliverables are being met, and contribute to maintaining strong client relationships.

This is a part-time (approx. 20 hours per week) and fully remote role — perfect for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Operations Director with daily and weekly account oversight.
  • Review client accounts to ensure all services (SEO, Google Ads, social media, content, website updates, etc.) are active and performing.
  • Assist Account Managers with compiling and standardizing client reports.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure all campaigns stay on schedule.
  • Join client meetings, take notes, and help follow up on action items.
  • Engage in client text threads, email communication, and Slack channels to support ongoing success.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen client retention.
  • Maintain a positive, proactive presence to support client satisfaction and internal communication.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital marketing, operations, or project coordination (agency experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and social media fundamentals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented — able to track multiple projects at once.
  • Comfortable in tools like Google Sheets, Slack, ClickUp/Asana, and other project management or reporting platforms.
  • Team player with a “get it done” attitude and commitment to helping others succeed.

  • Position: Part-Time (Approx. 20 hours/week)
