Operations Assistant – Operations & Finance

KEN International is looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Assistant to support the company’s daily operations, financial tracking, and internal processes.


This role is key to improving efficiency, supporting senior management, and contributing to the company’s ongoing digital transformation.



Key Responsibilities:


Operations Support

Assist in the coordination of daily operational activities

Maintain and organize project documentation and records

Support internal workflows, reporting, and data tracking

Assist in implementing and maintaining company systems (ERP, dashboards)



Finance Support

Track expenses and support basic financial reporting

Coordinate with accountants on invoices, payments, and documentation

Assist in maintaining financial records



Executive Support

Provide direct support to senior management in daily activities

Support coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders



Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in operations, administration, or finance support

Basic understanding of accounting or financial processes

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, QuickBooks) is a plus

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Strong communication and coordination skills

Based in Abu Dhabi, UAE
