Job Description
We are looking for a Local Operations Assistant to support our projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence and close coordination with local authorities, banks, consultants, and business partners.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support for local projects in Saudi Arabia
- Communicate with government authorities, banks, consultants, and notaries
- Assist with company setup for land and real estate-related activities
- Handle local documentation, approvals, and permits
- Support supply-side partners including landowners and developers
- Coordinate payments and transaction-related processes
- Manage day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
- Support negotiations and local business processes
Requirements:
- Arabic language – native or fluent (mandatory)
- English or Russian – conversational level
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, administration,
- Strong understanding of Saudi local business practices and procedures
- Ability to work with documentation and government processes
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
Nice to have:
- Experience in real estate or land-related transactions
- Company formation experience in Saudi Arabia
- Existing local professional network (banks, legal advisors, )
