About the Role :

The operation associate role entails complete ownership over theMeta/Tiktok/YouTube ads management process of Pocket FM. The individual will get a chance to work with both the front and back-end teams [India & US], and get an end-to-end understanding of the ad creation & testing process of the firm, along with receiving hands-on experience handling the Facebook /Instagram and Google ads dashboards.The role requires the candidate to be flexible for working in different shifts and also on weekends as per business needs (5 days working basis).

Key Skills (Qualifications + Skills):

● Basic understanding of how online ads work.

● MS Excel / Google Sheets / Google Doc basics.

● Prior knowledge of Meta dashboard / Google Ads dashboard would be an advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Ads Uploads on Various Platforms.

● Content Upload on CMS.

● Reporting of Spends and other metrics.

● Adhoc Requests from various teams.

● Coordination and Problem Solving with different teams.
