· Perform general and Administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing , and managing supplies and Inventory
· Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries
· Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
· Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other partners to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
· Processing requests for visas and other necessary travel documents
· To understand and address inquiries from both internal and external sources accurately.
· Communicating and collaborating effectively with colleagues and different departments to facilitate smooth operations and maintain a positive workplace.
· Prepare and present reports on key operational metrics, performance data, and project updates to management.
· Handle customer inquiries, provide excellent service, and address customer issues or complaints.
Ensure the accuracy of company databases and records through regular updates and data entry
