About The Role-
We are looking for a dynamic Admissions Operations Associate to take ownership of the admissions funnel and student engagement process at Newton School of Technology. This is a strategic role requiring strong analytical thinking, operational excellence, and student-centric problem-solving. You will manage mid-funnel and engagement activities, drive lead conversions, and collaborate across teams to ensure smooth admissions operations and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities-

Analyze applicant and lead data to identify trends, gaps, and conversion risks.

Design and implement data-driven engagement strategies to improve funnel metrics such as lead reactivation, follow-ups, and session attendance.

Track and optimize admissions KPIs through structured engagement initiatives.

Own and drive mid-funnel lead reactivation campaigns to maximize conversions.

Collaborate with marketing and counselling teams to implement student-centric engagement solutions.

Communicate persuasively with leads and teams to ensure alignment and execution of campaigns.

Manage operational tasks to ensure seamless admissions workflow.

Propose and execute process improvements to enhance efficiency and student experience.
Requirements-

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.

Experience: 0–2 years in admissions operations, customer-facing, or growth roles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools for tracking, analyzing, and reporting data.
