Operations Manager
In This Role You Will

Role has a profile of MO or as a subject matter expert (SME). As an MO is responsible for the day today performance of the team, team’s individual performance, leave management, performance management. As a SME, acts as the first point of contact for any query. Ensure timely production and distribution, as appropriate, of relevant.

Manage requests towards completion of task in a timely manner and that any project/ ad hoc / remedial work is completed within agreed timeframes

Ensure the off-shore and on-shore teams operate and engage as a single “virtual” team.

Responsible for conceptualizing and creation of robust MIS for business head and business partners to facility effective performance monitoring and review

Responsible for the development of through team through coaching/counseling and identifying appropriate training & development requirements and to lead and motivate staff with widely differing aspirations working in productivity-based environment where deadlines are critical.

Work closely with all client on-boarding functions to develop and vet new business requests in an efficient and timely manner.
To Be Successful, You Will

Collateral Management operations experience along with Power Bi is added advantage.

Has a detailed understanding of the activity life cycle/products and/or processes, inherent risks specific to their area and the application of control principles (e.g. segregation of duties).

Undertakes all mandatory risk and regulatory training relevant to their role, Having experience of handling projects.

Experience of successfully managing teams of highly skilled individuals; able to motivate and set the tone for the team. Has a detailed understanding of the activity life cycle/products and/or processes, inherent risks specific to their area and the application of control principles (e.g. segregation of duties).

Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which you are involved, specifically Internal Controls and any Compliance policy, including the Group Compliance Policy.

Ability to comprehend and minimize operational risks including wide understanding of audit controls and compliance requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
