Role Overview

This role goes beyond content management. You will be shaping and scaling compelling, high-quality audio stories while working closely with creators, writers, production teams, marketing, and product stakeholders.

Your impact will be measured by your ability to streamline content operations, elevate creative output, and build a strong, scalable audio production ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Content Operations: Ensuring smooth daily operations of ongoing audio shows and maintaining delivery timelines
• Research and Planning: Collaborating with content and production teams to align on pipeline planning and streamline execution
• Creator Management: Managing a large network of content creators, ensuring alignment on deliverables and optimal utilization of the creator pool
• Production Excellence: Operationalizing and leading internal and external partners to create a best-in-class audio production workflow, while setting clear creation standards across the production cycle
• Portfolio Oversight: Managing a growing portfolio of creators across regions with strong organizational discipline

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience producing or managing content, content creators, or creative communities
• Proactive, adaptable problem-solver with strong time, resource, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing complex production schedules and multiple workstreams
• High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A collaborative team player who can navigate ambiguity with confidence and composure
