Job role: Operations Associate

Location: Karachi (On-site)

Role Summary

A.I MIR is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to support daily administrative and operational functions, ensuring smooth office workflow and improved staff performance. The role involves managing logistics, coordinating schedules, maintaining office supplies and equipment, and assisting in the development and distribution of training materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage logistics, scheduling, and materials to support operational efficiency
  • Source supplies and materials for office operations and organizational events
  • Assist in the development of supplies and materials required for events and training
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of company events
  • Manage event logistics including venue coordination and vendor arrangements
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging experience for internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in creating training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules
  • Print and distribute training resources, manuals, and handouts
  • Maintain office equipment and manage inventory of stationery and supplies
  • Monitor stock levels, place supply orders, and coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries
  • Perform data entry, generate reports, update databases, and maintain filing systems
  • Coordinate daily office tasks to ensure a safe, tidy, and efficient work environment
  • Prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet operational deadlines

Key Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an office or operational role

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)

Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy in reporting and documentation

Time Management: Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

  • Office Operations: 2 years (Required)
  • Event Coordination: 2 years (Required)
  • Office Administration: 2 years (Required)
  • Inventory Management: 2 years (Required)
  • Vendor Coordination: 2 years (Required)
  • Creating training materials, manuals, or handouts: 2 years (Required)
