Operations Associate F&B

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate F&B to join our team!

Role Overview:
As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth order processing, maintaining high food safety standards, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment process with precision and care
• Implement and support food safety protocols and quality standards
• Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure seamless order delivery
• Maintain accurate documentation and support regulatory compliance
• Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges
• Support driver coordination and shipment tracking
• Handle customer service inquiries and issue resolution

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Additional qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Logistics preferred
• Strong English communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or similar roles
• Comfortable working in multicultural settings
