Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to support the day-to-day functions of our operations team. The role involves coordinating workflows, ensuring timely task completion, maintaining data accuracy, and assisting with process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of daily operational tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor, update, and maintain operational systems, reports, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, finance, customer service, and sales.
  • Track KPIs, service metrics, and project deliverables.
  • Handle vendor and client communication where required.
  • Identify and resolve process inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and operational analyses.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and records across platforms or ERPs.
  • Support implementation of new tools or processes across the operations team.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an operations or coordination role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with ERP/CRM tools is a plus.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
