Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to support the day-to-day functions of our operations team. The role involves coordinating workflows, ensuring timely task completion, maintaining data accuracy, and assisting with process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of daily operational tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor, update, and maintain operational systems, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, finance, customer service, and sales.
- Track KPIs, service metrics, and project deliverables.
- Handle vendor and client communication where required.
- Identify and resolve process inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and operational analyses.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Maintain accurate data entry and records across platforms or ERPs.
- Support implementation of new tools or processes across the operations team.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an operations or coordination role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with ERP/CRM tools is a plus.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
