Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to support and streamline day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving operational efficiency, coordinating across teams, and ensuring smooth execution of processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, operational awareness, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and monitor daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely execution.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage workflows, schedules, and operational deliverables.

  • Maintain operational documentation, reports, and process records.

  • Track operational tasks, follow-ups, and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Maintain dashboards and operational reports for performance tracking.

  • Support onboarding processes, vendor coordination, and internal operational requests.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, operational procedures, and company standards.

  • Assist in implementing new operational tools, systems, and workflows.

  • Support inventory tracking and coordination across operational teams when required.



  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3–4 years of experience in operations, coordination, supply chain, or process support roles.

  • Retail industry experience is mandatory.

  • Experience or exposure to Supply Chain Operations .

  • Project management experience with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders.

  • Hands-on experience with Inventory Management Software .

  • Familiarity with PDI CStore software will be an added advantage.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
