About the Role: StrataG Consulting is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to manage day-to-day operations of our web and mobile applications. In this role, you will work collaboratively with Product, Tech, and Support teams to ensure a smooth, reliable, and high-quality user experience. You will be responsible for tracking issues, supporting feature rollouts, maintaining operational documentation, and ensuring platform readiness at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily operations and performance of DiMi’s web and mobile applications.
• Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure timely resolution of reported bugs and issues.
• Collaborate closely with the Product team to manage feature releases and deployment timelines.
• Maintain detailed documentation related to platform operations, processes, and feature updates.
• Coordinate directly with the users to resolve their issues on our platform.
• Support onboarding and training for internal users and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular operational reviews, providing data-driven insights to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, security protocols, and user support processes.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and escalate roadblocks where needed.
• Assist in managing support channels and tracking user feedback for continuous improvement.
• Available to work in Pakistan and USA Time zones.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Operations, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in tech operations, call center, product operations, or startup environment (preferred).
• Strong understanding of mobile and web application workflows.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Notion, or similar project management systems.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
