Operations & Automation Specialist

The Opportunity

We are a growing content marketing agency. We run multiple service lines — organic Instagram and YouTube content, SaaS videos, and ads. We have a team of editors, designers, copywriters, and account managers all working simultaneously.

The problem is our systems are duct-taped together. Notion, Trello, Zapier, Airtable, various forms — they all exist but they do not talk to each other properly, and manual work is slowing us down.

We are hiring one person full time whose entire job is to fix that. Permanently. Not a consultant. Not someone who gives recommendations. Someone who gets in, learns how we operate, finds what is broken, and builds the solution.

Pay Scale

Base salary: 80,000 to 100,000 PKR per month Bonuses: Up to 40-50,000 PKR additional per month based on performance Time : Full time, in office or remote, based in Pakistan


Role Overview

You will embed yourself fully into how this agency operates. You will have access to our existing SOPs, Looms, and documentation so you are not starting from zero. Your job is to understand the business end to end — how clients get onboarded, how work moves between the team, where things fall through the cracks — and then systematically fix it.

This is a permanent role. You are not here to hand something off. You are here to own operations and keep building as the agency grows.


What We Are Looking For

  • Hands on experience with Notion, Zapier, Make.com, Airtable, and AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT — not surface level, actually built with them
  • You have built real systems for a real business before, not just personal projects
  • You think like an operator, not just a technician — you understand why something needs to be built, not just how
  • You find problems yourself. You do not wait to be told what is broken.
  • You communicate clearly with a non-technical founder — you explain what you are building and why in simple terms
  • You deliver consistently. No over-promising.
  • Experience inside an agency or service business is a strong advantage


What Success Looks Like

Month 1 — You have fully understood how the agency operates end to end. You have audited all existing systems and presented a clear, prioritized list of what needs to be fixed or built first. You have shipped at least one improvement.

Month 2 — You are in full execution mode. Multiple automations are live. The team is using them. Manual work is visibly decreasing.

Month 3 and beyond — The systems are clean, connected, and maintained. The team rarely has to do something manually that should be automated. You are proactively building for where the agency is going, not just fixing what is already broken.
