What This Role Is About

Our client is seeking an Operations & Business Manager, based in Jeddah, to lead operational delivery, commercial execution, quality programs, and business expansion for a specialized healthcare services platform.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure service excellence, lead accreditation readiness, and support business growth through proposal development, tender management, and strategic partnerships. A key part of the role is building efficient, scalable processes, implementing operational dashboards, and driving digital adoption across operational and workforce workflows.

You will work closely with senior leadership and collaborate across clinical, IT, finance, and commercial teams to ensure seamless service delivery while supporting the organisation’s broader strategic objectives.

The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in healthcare operations, ideally within specialised or technology-enabled healthcare services.
• Proven experience in tendering, government and private healthcare contracting, and proposal development.
• Strong working knowledge of CEBAHI and JCI accreditation standards.
• Hands-on experience leading operational teams in high-pressure, service-driven environments.
• Strong organisational, execution, and performance management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to implement operational dashboards, KPIs, and service excellence programs.
