Job Description:

Bluetick Delivery is looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to manage our team of bike riders and oversee basic accounts. The ideal candidate should have excellent coordination skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee daily operations of bike riders and ensure smooth deliveries
✅ Assign and track rider schedules to optimize efficiency
✅ Handle rider attendance, performance monitoring, and issue resolution
✅ Maintain and update basic accounts, including rider payments and expenses
✅ Ensure compliance with company policies and delivery standards
✅ Coordinate with different departments to improve overall workflow

Requirements:

• Prior experience in operations, logistics, or delivery management preferred
• Basic knowledge of accounts and financial records
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Must be currently based in Qatar with a valid QID
