The position is responsible to plan, execute and coordinate for the timely collection, transportation & disposal of waste, in accordance with the contract scope; Ensure high customer satisfaction in business; Also, to cross-verify data entries.
1. Plan and execute non-hazardous and hazardous waste collection from clients, as assigned. Also, to monitor waste collection services and its efficiency
2. Plan and schedule staff & vehicle on daily basis, generate work orders and effectively communicate it to the concerned employees
3. To track, record, manage and resolve project issues and customer complaints and escalate, when necessary
4. To effectively communicate, motivate, train and manage a team of Drivers and Helpers
5. Ensure high standard of housekeeping in the yard & waste handling areas (client site).
6. Prepare work orders, time sheets, tickets for all activities and dispatch to team for the next shift, if assigned
7. Plan mobilization, maintenance and demobilization of company equipments and other assets, based on business requirements; Also maintain its inventory
8. Keying of operational data in the system, but not limited to employee attendance and overtime, waste collection and client records etc; Also, cross-verify other data entries, if required
9. Liaise with the workshop and the procurement to ensure availability of assets and for the vehicle maintenance programs, if assigned
10. Ensure all planned jobs are executed & report all failed / delayed collections to manager; Also, follow up on dropped collections & reschedule the collections.
11. To do GPS tracking for efficiency optimization, if assigned
12. To ensure cross-functional coordination, particularly with the Workshop, QHSE, and Credit Control Departments, so as to effectively resolve cross-functional issues, if assigned
13. To maintain good and long-lasting relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance, researching and recommending waste management solutions and service improvement initiates
14. Plan & ensure safe execution of all subcontractor activities, as per company procedures & policies.
15. To liaise with governmental or any other concerned authorities for any required approvals
16. To Prepare the required monthly and /or any other MIS report, as assigned by your reporting manager
17. Monitor market conditions and competitor activity and provide its feedback to the Line Manager
18. To maintain professional and technical knowledge through continuous learning, by attending educational workshop, training and e-learning programs, by reviewing professional publications and by benchmarking best practices
19. Responsible to comply with the applicable HSE and company policies and procedures, UAE laws and applicable regulations
20. To work ethically and to report any violations and acts that may affect the health, safety, environment, ethics and company reputation
21. To Perform any other task, as assigned from time to time by the company, based on business requirement.
