Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting all activities related to the Instructor Training Center (ITC). The role involves assisting the Training Manager with day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth functioning of instructor and student training activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily Tasks:
- Prepare and submit required documents to the HR Department.
- Handle instructors’ affairs, including concerns, requests, and operational requirements.
- Issue and print learning licenses for new instructors.
- Inform students in cases of instructor absence.
- Prepare and submit daily instructor test result reports.
- Process instructors’ bonuses and incentives.
- Monitor and prepare overtime records for all operations employees.
- Prepare general performance reports, including individual and group performance.
- Prepare road test lists for operation-selected students.
- Prepare daily reports of selected students’ test results.
- Perform tasks assigned by the Training Manager, including preparation of letters, lists, reports, and other administrative documents.
- Perform general computer and administrative work as required.
