Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting all activities related to the Instructor Training Center (ITC). The role involves assisting the Training Manager with day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth functioning of instructor and student training activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Daily Tasks:

  • Prepare and submit required documents to the HR Department.
  • Handle instructors’ affairs, including concerns, requests, and operational requirements.
  • Issue and print learning licenses for new instructors.
  • Inform students in cases of instructor absence.
  • Prepare and submit daily instructor test result reports.
  • Process instructors’ bonuses and incentives.
  • Monitor and prepare overtime records for all operations employees.
  • Prepare general performance reports, including individual and group performance.
  • Prepare road test lists for operation-selected students.
  • Prepare daily reports of selected students’ test results.
  • Perform tasks assigned by the Training Manager, including preparation of letters, lists, reports, and other administrative documents.
  • Perform general computer and administrative work as required.

  • Computer literate (MS Office and basic reporting tools).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
