Operations Coordinator

Operations Coordinator (Full-Time, $20-$25/hour)

Monday-Friday (7am-3pm or 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm)

About Us

We are entrepreneurial business owners managing several ventures — including two small business cookie stores, a real estate investment company, and a real estate brokerage. We are looking for a motivated, hardworking, and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to help support us in the day-to-day operations of these businesses.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work and wants to be part of a fast-paced, hands-on environment where no two days are the same.

Position Overview

The Operations Coordinator will play a key role in keeping our businesses running smoothly by managing schedules, coordinating tasks, and assisting with both administrative and operational responsibilities. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, eager to learn, and able to handle multiple priorities with professionalism and initiative.

Note: This position will be in-person for the time being, with the possibility of transitioning to a remote or hybrid role in the future based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and communications for business owners
  • Track expenses, manage receipts, and maintain organized financial records
  • Assist with payroll, worker’s compensation, and unemployment filings
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for both retail and real estate projects
  • Follow up with real estate clients and help with brokerage operations
  • Run errands and complete various administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain detailed logs and ensure smooth information flow between businesses
  • Anticipate needs and take initiative to complete tasks with minimal supervision

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and spreadsheet tools
  • Basic bookkeeping or payroll experience preferred
  • Familiarity with real estate or small business operations is a plus
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn

Position Details

  • Hours: 40 hours per week (some flexibility in schedule)
  • Pay: $20-$25 per hour (salary possible after probationary period)
  • Location: In-person to start, with potential for remote/hybrid work later
  • Start Date: Mid-late March

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
