Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end corporate operations and business service functions
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives
• Coordinate between finance, administration, and client service teams
• Monitor KPIs, operational performance, and efficiency metrics
• Improve internal systems, workflows, and organizational processes

What We Are Looking For

Experience

• 12–18+ years in corporate operations, business services, or financial management
• Proven experience in senior leadership or director-level roles

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field
• MBA or equivalent executive qualification is highly preferred
