Operations Engineer

e are hiring for an Automated Operations Engineer role.

This position plays a key role in coordinating, supporting, and executing 1st Level proactive and reactive maintenance activities to ensure network services remain available and meet Service Level Agreements (SLA).

What you will do:

• Engage in 1st Level Service Monitoring and Event Management

• Manage Service and Resource Alarm Handling

• Monitor resource and service performance

• Respond to network alerts and escalate critical issues impacting KPIs

• Conduct initial checks and troubleshoot customer complaints

• Follow up on major and critical cases for timely resolution

• Prepare and share reports during shifts for accurate documentation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve network performance

• Work flexible shifts, including nights and public holidays

What you bring:

• 1–3 years of experience in Telecom or IT with strong network operations knowledge

• Understanding of databases and Unix Shell scripting

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java/Groovy, PHP, JavaScript, and Python

• Knowledge of Linux hardware, RAN, Transmission, and Core networks

• Experience in 24/7 network monitoring and willingness to work shifts

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage customer complaints effectively
