We are looking for an Operations Engineer for our new Facilities Division

Job Role

  • Schedule and manage daily operations
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to facility issues.
  • Ensure delivery of equipments and consumables to the team
  • Keep track on stock and coordinate with procurement for re order
  • Maintain accurate records and provide daily operational updates to the Manager.
  • Address and resolve client queries and requests professionally.
  • Coordinate with drivers and cleaning teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare technical Scope of Work
  • Prepare after sales report
  • Ensure team reaches the site on time and work is been carried out in stipulated time

Additional Requirements:

  • Driving License
  • Good communication skills and a polite, professional attitude
  • Experienced in scheduling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
