Operations & Events Coordinator

Operations & Events Coordinator – Responsibilities

-Prefer Saudi

-Coordinate and execute all operational aspects of events, parties, and corporate activities.

-Prepare event operation plans, schedules, and task checklists.

-Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

-Manage event logistics including venue setup, seating, equipment, catering, and transportation.

-Ensure timely availability of materials, supplies, and equipment before and during events.

-Supervise on-ground event setup, execution, and dismantling activities.

-Monitor operational compliance with company policies, safety, and security procedures.

-Track event-related operational costs and support budget control.

-Handle operational issues during events and ensure quick resolution.

-Prepare post-event operational reports and document lessons learned.

-Support inventory tracking for event materials and assets.
