The Role

In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership , driving enterprise-level process excellence, workforce optimization, and performance transparency. You will lead initiatives that directly influence service quality, cost efficiency, and long-term business sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead enterprise-wide operational excellence frameworks aligned with strategic growth objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, service quality, and operational consistency.
• Lead high-impact operational and quality audits, translating insights into measurable business outcomes.
• Champion workforce optimization and productivity strategies to maximize operational effectiveness.
• Establish and govern executive-level KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional leaders to embed a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Identify leadership and capability gaps, partnering with L&D to build future-ready operational talent.
• Deliver concise, data-driven insights and recommendations to executive management.

The Ideal Candidate

• A proven operations excellence or transformation leader with 7+ years of experience in complex, multi-site operations.
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Certified in Lean, Six Sigma , or equivalent methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in driving operational governance, productivity improvement, and performance management.
• Commercially minded, analytically strong, and comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels.
• Confident, influential communicator with strong executive presence.
