Job Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage and streamline daily operations related to our eCommerce website. This includes handling order processing, coordinating with logistics partners, managing inventory updates, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management:

• Process daily customer orders from the website and marketplaces (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart).
• Ensure accurate order picking, packing, and timely dispatch.

Logistics & Courier Coordination:

• Coordinate with courier partners (Shiprocket, etc.) for pickups, tracking, and delivery-related issues.
• Monitor shipments and resolve delivery exceptions or delays.

Inventory Management:

• Track inventory levels and update stock status on the website and across channels.
• Work closely with warehouse team for stock accuracy and timely restocking.

Customer Support Coordination:

• Address order-related queries or complaints in coordination with the customer service team.

Platform Operations:

• Ensure product listings, prices, and SKUs are up-to-date.
• Assist in onboarding new products and categories.

Operational Reporting:

• Maintain daily reports on order flow, delivery status, cancellations, and returns.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements in workflow.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
