Role Overview
The Operations Executive will ensure smooth daily functioning of our logistics operations by tracking deliveries, coordinating with clients and shippers, managing order details, and supporting the traffic team. The role requires proficiency in English, Excel, and data entry, along with strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery Status Tracking: Check previous day’s order delivery status and update records.
- Client Communication: Monitor emails, record new orders in Excel, and keep clients updated.
- Coordination: Align with shippers, clients, and the traffic team to ensure timely vehicle placement and dispatch.
- Documentation: Prepare and issue Lorry Receipts (LR) using company software and share with clients.
- Follow-ups: Take constant follow-up from the traffic team on vehicle movement and delivery updates.
- Quotations: Review client quotation requests and calculate suitable vehicle types and capacity requirements.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, quotations, and client interactions.
- Problem Solving: Proactively address operational issues, delays, or client concerns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficient in spoken and written English (for client coordination).
- Strong typing and Excel skills (formulas, formatting, data entry, reporting).
- Familiarity with logistics/trucking operations preferred.
- Ability to prepare and manage documents (LRs, reports, quotations).
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle time-sensitive tasks.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience preferred (freshers with strong skills may apply).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
