The Operations Executive ensures smooth functioning of retail stores by coordinating operations, legal documentation, and compliance. The role also supports store teams in sales and new store openings.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and complete store opening checklist (staff, stock, POS, branding, licenses).
- Ensure store legal documentation (licenses, renewals) is updated and maintained.
- Act as the point of contact for stores on daily operational queries.
- Support stores with stock, logistics, and customer issue resolution.
- Provide operational assistance to backend/office teams to ensure smooth processes.
Education: B. Com / BBA / LLB (preferred).
- 1–3 years of retail or operations experience.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Organized, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
