We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive to support day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency.
• Coordinate with sales, purchase, accounts, and logistics teams.
• Maintain records, documentation, and reporting.
• Support tendering and client requirements where needed.
• Track dispatch, delivery, and stock movement.
• Handle vendor/customer queries and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Business/Commerce preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in operations/administration.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
