We’re looking for an Operations Executive to join our ground team — someone who enjoys hands-on work and is ready to grow with a rising brand.

What You’ll Do

• Process daily orders on Shopify/our website
• Print shipping labels using logistics platforms like Shiprocket and Shipway
• Check and manage inventory, keeping counts updated in real time
• Quality check new stock and products before dispatching to customers
• Coordinate with the packing team or help with packing whenever needed
• Operate UV printing machines (training will be provided)
• Make sure the correct products are sent to the customers
• Work-from-office role, overtime available

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or diploma
• Basic computer skills — must know how to use a PC and Microsoft Excel
• Responsible and good with details
• Team player with a positive attitude
