Operations Executive

Job Summary:

The Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across order management, inventory control, logistics coordination, and vendor management. The role involves close coordination with warehouse, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery while maintaining service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order & Inventory Management:
• Monitor daily order processing across marketplaces and website (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for timely order picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Track and maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Logistics & Vendor Coordination:
• Liaise with courier partners for shipment pickups, tracking, and issue resolution.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLA compliance for delivery timelines.
• Data & Reporting:
• Maintain operational dashboards for orders, returns, and delivery metrics.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on sales fulfillment, returns, and cancellations.
• Customer Support Coordination:
• Collaborate with the support team to resolve customer queries related to orders, delivery delays, or product returns.
• Process Optimization:
• Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and suggest process improvements.
• Support automation and workflow efficiency initiatives.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and order fulfillment process.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP/e-commerce management tools.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or supply chain management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
